On Monday, November 13 and Monday, November 20, 2023, we held an online international exchange with nursing students from the University of Santo Tomas in the Republic of the Philippines.
The students started preparing more than a month in advance, and during the two-day exchange, they introduced university life and Japan culture through computer screens, and played quizzes and games.
The exchange was full of smiles, and the students said, "It was a fun experience, the food in the Philippines looked delicious, and I wanted to go abroad." "I'm not good at English, but I'm glad I had the courage to participate. We heard people say, "I definitely want to interact with them again next year." In addition to understanding different cultures, they seemed to be looking forward to interacting with people from overseas and had a new motivation to learn languages.
